Thanks your efforts. Since I wrote this, a researcher called Sho has started an immense diary of a trip to Korea, which you may like to link to, at http://www.h2g2.com/A475977
Also, in the peer review, it was another researcher(s) who chipped in with the rice tip (cooling effect!) and the Korean word Paechu, but I don't have access to that and therefore their name(s), should you wish to credit them.
I noticed a missing full stop, after "meal", line 4 para 2, and a missing space before a parenthesis, before "(Paechu)" as I read through (But can't remember where

I can see you are listening!
Last sentence of first para should be 'are' not 'is', or, if you prefer, a singular 'barrel'.
Many thanks.
PS You haven't yet linked in your chilli reference.

I cannot take the credit for this - one of the permanent staff monitors new entries and makes any changes as necessary. Of course, I should have picked up all the grammar bits anyway!

Perhaps you would pass along the above then, as I don't know how.
(PS Modesty is so becoming! But I must admit the entry is little changed and my thanks were due to that, more than anything else!)

One of the many good things about the present way of doing things (scouts, peer reviews, etc) is that many changes are done before the subs get the article; in most cases all we need to do is check as many facts as possible and add Guide HTML. We try not to interfere with the author's style, unless the article is very badly written.
So, congratulations on a well written, informative article!
