Best to get your hands dirty when kneading thm, and not take a machine.
I'm usually just too lazy to make them myself, but they taste worlds better than bought ones.

i like the original taste of the shop ones, just wish i could get the same senf here, english mustard does not stir the memories in the same way, the hot curry ketchup would be better
as to makeing my own, i would just add chili powder and spoil the taste

i know i could, but what i want is the original taste,
i pop it into my mouth close my eyes and there i am in hanover,
stood at the imbiz opposite langenhagen tram stop, way back in the late 1980s
you know, good old memory food.

Not sure about the rules for linking to commercial sites but
www.germandeli.co.uk
could be your answer to everything

That's an interesting homepage. I must go and have a look at their market stall when I'm in London on Friday.
