Where it says "If you've been on the Pill for years, it will take a few months for your body to become re-adjusted and find its natural rhythm again" sustitute "a few months" with "15 minutes". We have a lovely 3 y.o daughter now, conceived within days (hours?) of us thinking "wouldn't a kid be nice at some point in the near future?". Just as a rule of thumb, if you're not using any protection, your partner's probably pregnant by now.
