A Conversation for Twisty Ties

I hate twisty ties that are hard to unravel. These are ones that have been so mangled that you can't tell which direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise) you should use to untie them.
You can spend several minutes on a really annoying twistie tie, especially if you did not tie it in the first place. I particularly hate it when this happens with food items like loaves of bread. The absolute worst is when your hunger is making your hands shake in addition to the twisty tie problem. Argh!
Perhaps someone should introduce a twisty tie industry standard, so all manufacturers twist them on the same way.

The issue is more to do with people twisting them willy-nilly after something's been purchased. Much like those little sticky strips that companies seal bread with. For those that seek to maintain bread freshness by re-using this sticky seal it's very irritating when people reapply the darn things in a slap-dash manner. Grrr!
