cold & damp vs very cold & dry.

I have mentioned this in the thread abut dangerous mistakes, but it seems to have gone unniticed, so I will repeat it here. If someone comes from an extremely cold, but dry area like various scandinadian areas where the temperateure drops regularly to -15c, and moves to a place where it only gets a little bit cold ie -1c, but it is very damp (like the uk) they can think they know about how to keep save in the cold, but completely forget about the increased effects of wind chill due to the humidity. This is extremely dangerous, and people I have met have actually made this mistake, but survived it. in their case, they were lucky. It might be worth a mention in the atricle though.
