I dont know if this would be available in other parts of the world, but one of my favorite quick meals is:
1 box Rice-A-Roni (Chicken Flavor) - cook as directed
1 large can chicken breast meat in water (found in a supermarket in the same area as canned tuna)
Prepare the Rice-A-Roni as directed, when it has about 2 minutes left in its cooking cycle add the canned chicken (drain it first) and mix it in and let the mixture finish cooking.
This is one of my favorites.
