WHAT are chicken goujons?
Is it like the nuggets I have never been able to find on any chicken I've cooked?

According to a cooking website I looked up, "goujons" are a French term for thin strips of fried fish. Therefore, in this recipe, "goujons" would refer to thin strips of chicken to be stir-fried.
