Can I end on a word of caution, "Scottish cuisine" is known to be the worst in europe particularly for wonderful illnesses like coronary thrombosis partly due to the consumption of such delicacies as our dear old Lorne sausage. I have to say that the stuff you get in the butchers can be up to 70% fat and gristle, I have even seen them use food dye to make it look more meat-like!
So, for anyone wise enough to visit our dear country try the recipe but for god's sake don't buy it in the shops.
