I'm a little disappointed that there was no mention of the ever so popular Massage Parlour techniques so frequently used in my area (Toronto, Canada). It has nothing to do with a partner, but it costs a fair bit.
I'd explain in more detail, but anyone who wouldn't be offended by this already knows what I'm talking about.
