There is nothing finer than cooking a hamburger on the grill and seasoning the meat with cajun peppers and other hot spices. Toasting the bun. And then slapping a big hunk of bleu cheese on top of the burger with a good dose of mayonaise thrown in for fun.
Now that's good eating!

I like to put the cheesIN the met prior to griling, along with some kosher salt. no mayo, thank you.
