Driving in New Zealand - elderly driving
flyingHodsow Started conversation Jun 14, 2005
Was alarmed to see possible driving restrictions on the elderly (being 76, I would, wouldn't I?). Forwarded it to a friend on the South Island, who replied as follows:
"I got the Info you copied re driving in NZ. I don't know where they found it but what a load of crap. I showed it to the people in the licensing office and they laughed. In fact the rules have eased of late for older people ( 75 and up )but you don't need to worry about any of that because it will not effect you."

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
