We also have the general rule in drinking games that you are not allowed to point with your finger (particularly at anyone who fluffs their line - or as we say "gets an attack of the Mongolian Mouth Mumbles"). Pointing AT ANY TIME is permitted only with the elbow.
Transgression of this law results in the usual punishment - DRINK!!!!

this rule is new to me, and i suspect, to my corner of the world. but it does sound a truly wonderful addition, and i intend to propagate it from the very next opportunity (which, i hope, will not be too long coming 
).

I played Fuzzy Duck on Saturday just gone. We had two additional rules (just to make things more difficult): Left-hand drink only, and you weren't allowed to touch hands at any time. It's a good idea to throw in some ad-hoc rules as you go along! We were drinking vodka and banana liquoer (mixed) as fines. Three contestants were later sick. Wonderful life, isn't it?
