I have heard that Simon Groom used to say rude things in an innocent way on the show. Obviously being a child at the time they passed right over my head. Has anybody else heard this? Or was my brother just making it up for his own diabolical reasons?

They all tend to if you look back at some of the old ones. The Innocence of youth or is it our adult dirty minds.

I have got a sound file on my PC where he announces that as long as you've got a decent length, well then you get a decent lay.
Sounds pretty wild. No idea what he was talking about on the program. I would like to find some more, but had no luck

That I believe was putting lead on the roof of Westminster Abbey or soemthing like that. I know the current ones are still at it.

I'll have to start watching it again, if I can get my kid away from Cartoon Network

I believe that he's doing radio, or something like that. It's on the BBC site anyway. I vaguely remember the knockers comment, and I think that I'll dash up to my mum's house as I know she has some old Blue Peter annuals knocking about.

Maybe we should write in and ask him to come back?
