A Conversation for 'Danger Mouse' - the TV Series

Here's a side note of little interest: i fondly remember watching DM (almost religiously) on Nickelodeon in the U.S., and for some reason (perhaps to fill time?) the episodes were always preceded by a VERY SHORT curiosity called "Bananaman," which chronicled the adventures of a boy (named Eric, i believe) who, upon eating a banana, turned into a superhero. Just one bit of absurdity that helped influence my personality while growing up...for better or (more likely) for worse...

yes...i recall seeing an episode or two of Count Duckula as well, and also was oblivious to its Spin-Off-Ness (Yeah, i know damn well that doesn't even resemble a real word).

no worries...half the fun is makeing up new words and new ways to spell old words
Count Duckula was very funny...and twisted if I remmber correctly

He he he...I love both of them too
But personally, I preferred Bananaman to Duckula...*cringes from inevitable attack*
There's a link to the Cosgrove Hall Website on my space, by the way

Bill Oddie didn't do Eric's voice, he did the voice of Crow, Bananaman's trusty sidekick and bringer-of-bananas-when-they-would-otherwise-be-ungettable-due-to-bananaman's-tied-up-ness.
(Wow, what a title)

Ah- my mistake, I'm sorry. I haven't watched it since I was about 8 so I think that was pretty well remembered all the same

Yes, it was, well done. Can you remember Eric's address? I only have access to certain parts of the internet from here at work ,all of the bbc being one of them, so I can't relly look it up myself. I think it was something like 122 Acacia Avenue or something.
Anyway, Eric is just a normal boy. But when Eric eats a banana, an amzing transformation takes place....Eric IS....BANANAMAN!
