going out in the rain with your significant other, splashing around and playing about can be very arousing... if the rain is warm, then it's almost like being in the shower together (which, btw, is also very seductive... specially shampooing your partners hair, and washing their body with a nice soft sponge... the shampooing alone works well in occasions where you and your partner aren't already nekid together ^_^), and if the rain is cold, well, after a bit of frolicking around, some cuddling and changing of clothes will be neccessary in order to warm back up! ^_^

Rain also relates to Thunder and Lightning storms, which are alone very beautiful to watch, I always thought they were romantic to watch with someone, and having God booming in the background makes it feel all that much more special...

You should visit Colorado in the spring or summer then, PyRex. You can hardly go a week without seeking a huge lightning and thunder storm. And sometimes it's a 'dry' storm where there is no rain, since the water tends to drop out while the cloud passes over the Rocky Mountains.

I meant to say.

Ho sir! I seek the thunder and lignting storm of Colorado! Did you know Colorado was originally going to be called Idaho? Nifty eh? Ah I lived in north Idaho next to the Pend O'relle (A french word that I cannot spell) lake, we would have beautiful lightning storms. once I was at my friend's house and there was a storm, the whole side of his house is glass so we had a cool view of the lake and stuff as it stormed... Oh... so cool...

Now, I didn't know that little factoid about Colorado and Idaho. I agree it's a nifty fact.
And that sounds like a marvelous storm. I admit I occasionally find myself wanting to pull over if I see a lightning storm while driving. That's just lately, though. I can't imagine what's come over me!

The powerful charge in ther air!
The reason they didnt name Colorado Idaho is because they found out it was a Made-up name. Congress would not select it so they chose Colorado instead. When Idaho applied for statehood the name came up again and everyone liked it so... Presto we have Idaho...
