I realize that this site is trying to maintain a universal language, that being British English. However, proper names should *not* be adapted to this standard. Pearl Harbor is a proper name, and requires its name to be rendered in its mother tongue of American English. Please dispose of the "u" in the nearest receptacle.

I agree with the Colonel, Proper names are proper names. Next they'll be translating the full name of LA into English Britsih everytime they mention it.
