A Conversation for Cross Country Diabolo - A Sport for Jugglers

I'll have to rethink that internship in Bucharest, then.
Topic drift, don't you love it?

Does sound good. I've had a fairly solid three Diablo cascade, an "interpretation" of jugglers tennis and a terrifying shower going with a few friends (one to speed up the third Diablo and throw it in) but I've never done it cross country. I have done urban devil sticking, and Diablo skateboarding (simultaneous grind dude!).
I've invented a special hootoo juggle, which is a variant on Mill's Mess but where you put an extra step in slightly after each under the arm (elbow) throw (which you make smaller) and elbow the ball along the trajectory it would have taken anyway. It is very hard. I can't think of an alliterative name for it though.
Getting anywhere with The Revenge?

Maybe we need an international game at a meet sometime
A shower with more than two sounds impossible

Yep. You need three people to start them off though. Or to be very fast Maybe you can get two diablos running on one string?
We did a kind of mexican wave stick grind once
Oh my god! The centipede, I forgot about that. You've got to try this. Basically form a conga line with as many jugglers as you can get, each with three balls, but instead of holding onto the hips of the person in front each juggler does a cascade where each ball bounces off the back of the person infront. Then you all walk around as a snalke going "Oi" every third throw and sticking alternate legs out with the person at the front doing chops. It's really, really good fun and amazes the non-juggling masses without being at all difficult.

You can throw the second one up with a spin and catch it on the string with one you've already started...
That sounds great. I only know the "juggling waltz", which is also a way of proceeding rather slowly while juggling

(snake)
It's highly amusing and also nicely negates problems involved in turning corners whilst juggling on the move but does leave one's back in a state of moderate soreness.

I've always preferred the devilstick for joggling contests, everything else is too hard to get around a corner!
