Great entry!
I had one of those when I was a kid, made from wood. Amazingly I didn't break any windows.
A disc golf course might be a nice place to start out.
This sentence needs a space between to and retrieve: This will make it difficult toretrieve the diabolo after missed shots.

I'd love to, but I'm a couple decades out of practice (though that's no excuse for not getting back into practice), and my best toss never would have made it to your neck of the woods.

No - there were some silly people (mostly in adverts, it seems) who played golf in the city, using sewer covers for holes and things like that.
