There is an Orange Julius in the Shopper's World mall in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Patrons of said shopping mall have had the privilege of enjoying the totally unique flavor of the Orange Julius for over 15 years.

They are common in mall food courts all over Canada (or Ontario at least). There is one in Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener as well.
