You can annoy people a lot with plastic combs. You run its teeth over the edge of a hard surface, say, a desk. This produces a chattering-buzzing-type sound that is impossible to ignore.

Other neat things you can do with a plastic comb involve static electricity. If you comb anybody's hair enough, assuming they don't use hair gel, 1. their hair will become frizzy, and 2. a static charge will build on the comb. You can use this to bend streams of water (the kind falling from a faucet), pick up cereal, balloons, and little bits of paper, and zap someone else by touching their skin (preferably their fingertips due to the increased density of nerve endings there) with the comb. It will also blow out CMOS integrated circuits, but that's really mean.

You can also wrap some tissue paper around it and make a sort of humming-type music with it. That's good for annoying people.
