Isn't the fourth dimension supposed to be time, the other universes would have to be in a fifth dimension (possibly)

The numbering of the dimensions is arbitrary.
Time can be considered a dimension, but it doesn't make any difference what number it is. All dimensions are perpendicular to every other dimension and so none of them are very special.
