So, all you physics-y people........any advice for (advanced) high school physics? Or could you explain how they could possibly get the c-values for air resistance?

My advice would be... learn the maths! It's been said to me many times,and it really is what needs to be done! No idea about the other thing though. What are c-values?

It's usually done experimentally in a wind tunnel.
