I thought I was the only one using an air-filter for my "allergies" to help me sleep. But on a really bad night ...I also put on a fan or an air conditioner! Of course, everyone else in the house can't sleep ... with all the noise. But who cares. It stops me from wanting to stab them when they are sleeping and I am not.
Another neat trick ... a sugarless mint... it seems to focus your mind somehow (although that may eventually leads to stomach trouble in about 20 years) or an adult version of a "blankie"
Good night ... sleep tight, etc.

Interesting ... perhaps they are using the dryer as a general focussing technique .. hmmm.
The mint is interesting .. Ill try it (and I assume its nice, as you may wake upo with nice breath .. an advantage if you have a guest!)
