A Conversation for The Tuskegee Experiment

Bioethics; we dont do that sort of thing here.

In the case of bioethics Sweden conducted an experiment involving withholding toothpaste from 1/3 of all mental patients for a year to see what would happen.
The uk regularity used mental patients for testing new drugs certainly in the 70s and 80s, with no consent sought.
It seems that there is a general lack of care as far as concerns certain groups in society in general; i wonder how far this extends - what sociological statements could be gathered in terms of a caring society.
In the uk we are very prone to the have and have nots.
