A Conversation for New Mexico, USA
it's CHILE, not chilli....

I lived in New Mexico for 7 years, maybe I could add a bit to this sadly truncated entry? However, one huge, glaring mistake that MUST be corrected is the use of the word "chilli". There is no faster way to get yourself in trouble with the locals than to refer to the local spicy peppers as "chilli".... it's chile. With and "e". Chilli is some kind of disgusting brown stuff they eat in Texas.
