I believe it was the second season that Billy died after going through multiple forms of mid-life crises that include bleaching his hair blonde and hiring a troop of sexy women to follow him around. I forgot exactly how he died. It was either a brain aneurysm or a heart attack or cancer.

Never kept count, but it was a brain tumor, I'm quite sure, although I missed it that week and only got to see everybody depressed and crying all through the show the week after.

It was pretty quick.
He got sick one week, collapsed, died and was buried the next.

Yes. Now they re-run the old ones, and he is still alive. Makes it kind of confusing, especially because I missed those. Tuesday he kissed Ally and was short of sleeping with her (and she with him, of course). I never knew any of this happened, and my videorecorder cut the end of it. Daily desasters, I tell you...

I thought it was the most recent they were repeating so I haven't been watching them
