Unlike a lot of people I am intimately aquainted with my left metatarsal as I have had three/four (lost count) operations on it and have half and inch of surgical steel in there holding it together!
By the way seeing as metatarsals are in the news this week I'd say theres no way Beckham's going to be fit for the world cup oh well life goes on!
