I think one of the reasons that cheese is so popular is that it fits around you. You can be posh and go for a little known goats cheese from a small farm in Devon... Or you can go for processed cheese slices if you are feeling lazy... some cheeses come ready wrapped in little wax jackets (I think you know the ones that I mean)...
my personal cheese bette noir has to be cottage cheese because it is so bland. I am making it my life's work to try and make it more exciting! Wish me luck!

It's not good for you. Western adults have built up an immunity over thousands of years, but 70% of the world can't even digest milk. Try fruit n veg, you'll look and feel better!
