hi Guy, your reference to the keys reminded me of the risk involved in storing batteries.Whilst it is unlikely,a fire can be stated with a battery and suitable material,ie wirewool.The square(smoke alarm)battery is the most likely culprit,both terminals being on the same end.It is a small risk but it's still worthwhile storing batteries carefully with this risk in mind.
