Surely this should have been corrected by now. Elvis definitely visited London with Tommy Steele in 1958 and visited famous landmarks. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7361159.stm

I do remember this - the only difficulty is that it remains an unsubstantiated claim:
