I'm in Kabul and we're having a bit of a drought :o/ Brought in a hydrometre and campden tablets and all that stuff but can't be bothered with it all. Just want quick easy wine - this may bit it!
Thanks - I'll let you know how it goes.
Thank you :o)

Oh... and should I use the campden tablets or not? And if so before or after the yeast. For the amount of wine I've drunk in my life I've never thought about this before ha ha.
Thank you :o)

Personally, I wouldn't bother with the Campden tablets. You're fermenting for such a short time that the risk of infection is minimal; just make sure that your demijohn or whatever you're using is as clean as you can make it.
If you use them before you add yeast, it will kill the yeast, so if you do decide to use them add them after fermentation is complete. However, the whole point of juice wines so that you don't have to worry about hydrometers or campden tablets - just pour in and get wine.
Let me know how you get on
