Greek yoghurt and a newly found 3% fat one in a Turkish corner shop beat milk hands down.
What I do is to put straight oats and a crushed wheat biscuit (weetabix or similar) into the bowl. Throw on a big dollop of home-made plum/apricot and walnut preserve a few more roughly chopped nuts, a bunch of choppedLidl dried fruit and stir it all together with the yoghurt - enough to make a thick paste.
It's yummy and you last for hours before getting anywhere near feeling like the next meal.
