This can get confusing for other people using the site. Especially if they really do have mental health problems. I used to get e-mails from a friend of mine talking about schizophrenics and suchlike, which became even more confusing when I met real schizophrenics at the time he was sending the e-mails. I thought he was winding me up, but in retrospect, and pausing for thought, I don't think he was (slightly)
