There is another feature of Devon (along with other areas of beauty) and that is the arrival, annually, of the dreaded caravan-towing hordes. If you do successfully negotiate our wonderfully charming narrow lanes without meeting tractors, or losing your wing mirrors, you will inevitably meet a caravanner, who mysteriously seems unable to reverse. AAAAARRRGH!!
