Anyone with any memory of this? I'm not even sure if that was the title.
Sort of early Manga without the violence (at least in the UK!)
Aqua Boy would pop some kind of square white tab which would enable him to breath under water; I remember doing this with every After Eight Mint I ate between the ages of 2 and 7.
Certainly screening on BBC in the 1970s.
