Also, this is the name of a really cool little arcade game from way back, where you had to fly around in a little spaceship blowing up bits of rock. It made a nice change from being cruel to aliens.

In case you're interested, there's a souped-up version of Asteroids named Spheres of Chaos (written by Iain McLeod) that's worth a look if you're a fan of the original.
