I'm glad this got in during Movember. Maybe there needs to be a separate article? Well done

Movember?

Started in Australia Movember is a sort of moustache based movement. On the last day of October participants must be clean shaven but for the whole month of November (renamed Movember for the moustache themed fun) they must shave their face as usual but NOT the top lip.

At the end of Movember there are events like Movember pub crawls and Movember balls at which judges announce who has the best 'tache. Generally participants will be sponsored and all of the money goes to charity. I believe in many areas it is men's health charities like those dealing with prostate cancer that benefit.

Sounds like a great fundraiser, if a bit scary. I know of blokes who go a bit fluffy, but nothing much else, so they're probably not the best people to participate in Movember.
