John Maynard Keynes was an economist who argued that govt expenditure should be used to stimulate the economy - keynesian economics was basicaly married to the state in nz until about 1984. somehow i don't think they are related

Milton Keynes is the name of a small village in Buckinghamshire UK which is now part of and has given its name to a large New Town I believe the original village dates back to the domesday book
