A Conversation for Grass

This may be a bit off topic but GRASS is also a great book by Sheri S. Tepper. It's one of my favourite books (I have only read it about 3 times, so I'm not obsessive or anything!). Its got a great twist at the end which I won't give away but the best thing is it manages to create a whole world based on this monocotyledenous plant.... in fact i think I will go and read this again.
Its a very 'Hippae' book (that would be an in joke for anone who has read it ). It also has a lot to say about the morals of fox hunting in a very bizzare way - go figure!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
