Living in the capital city of Michigan I am very surprised that November came and went without snow on the ground.
We usually have some by now. Our Mayor has been entering into sister city agreemernts with other mayors from farflung parts of the earth. I am sending this from Lansing Community college which has a new media center with state of the art computers.
