h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Does anyone know where you can play pinball in Amsterdam. The last time I was here, there were places everywhere, but now I can't find a single one. All of the arcades seem to have gone over entirely to slot machines, which can't compare to the fast-paced rattle of an old machine (Medieval Madness, etc).

Any addresses would be welcome.

i remembered that somebody on h2g2 wanted to know where all the pinball machines got to in amsterdam - and it was obviously YOU! so, see my posting in reply to you in the thread "Bauhaus & Siouxsie Sioux" cos there I mentioned that Cafe Soundgarden on Marnixstraat still had these things last time I was there (which was back in April 2000). They're damn stupid machines though, if you ask me, I could never get a decent score. Still, maybe that's just sour grapes on my part for continually dropping the ball between the flippers. Give me classic Defender or Breakout any day...
