Very interested to read that about the harmonica/last line in Love Me Do; 'cos it has puzzled me for ages; i have sung this hundreds of times in busking situation & do harmony no problem....but that last line always seemed weird! Yes, it makes sense now as to why.
Jimster, great Guide Entry *& before you nag; yes, i am working on writing something; what do you prefer "How to be a succesful ligger" or a bog standard guide to Angoulême?

It's a funny thing, getting Paul to sing a line cos John's busy. As technology improved, for future songs they'd ahve just had John sing the line and overdubbed it later.
I don't even know what Angoulême is so now I'm curious

It's not a "what" it's a "where"...or i suppose that may be a philosophical debate! It's where i live in South West France, it hosts loads of festivals from International Comix to Vintage car racing & is yer basic "medieval cobbled streets, ramparts, dumped on a large rock" French style place.
