A Conversation for Theatre Stage Machinery
Excellent. Theatre Machinery - 5cm pipes?

As a very 'umble thesp I found this made more understandable the ropes and pulleys I've seen in the wings and daunting height that disappears above the stage.
One query - surely the steel pipes parallel with the front of the stage(that I guess are the 'bars' later referred to) are 5cm *diameter*, not 5cm 'long'?
The theatre I perform in boasts about its working 'Corsican Trap' which from the descriptions of traps provided is a small elevator for a person with a slider.

Thanks Pimms.
I take note about the wording, Perhaps it will be adjusted somehow before being published.
I have not seen it for a couple of weeks now, I just love the blob.
Full height flying at the side of the stage is spectactular in looks.
