I never thought I'd be able to correct the BBC, but Christ Church cathedral in Dublin also has a ring of sixteen.

Oooh, really?? Excellent! I'll ask the Curators to add this. Either I missed it or it's a new ring - either way I thank you for bringing it to my attention.
