I am very curious.

I imagine he's pretty annoying.

Actually I don't imagine it, he is.

Although I hear he's not actually real - can anyone confirm this?

Let's pretend this is the first time I've been asked this question, shall we?! smiley - tongueout

No, I didn't meet Norris. For a start, the Corrie bits were filmed at an athletics trial a few weeks before the Games, so they could show them at the same time as the Games. Secondly, I believe Norris was a litter picker or something? No volunteers were litter pickers - paid contractors did all that. Thirdly, I wouldn't recognise him even if I had met him, as I've never seen Corrie.

Oh dear, I thought I was being horribly original smiley - wah

Can't remember what exactly Norris did, but I suspect you may be right - I remember it was something fittingly dull and demeaning, despite all his big talk. But then he was also used to carry a medal or something after someone else called in sick, as he was the only one who had actually bothered to get the dress uniform, as well as the tracksuity thing.

Of course over here in the antipodes it was on months and months after the olympics - so we've only just seen Richard confess to Gail tonight (and very exciting it was too!) although you wouldn't know about that, not watching it and all.

I thought all Brits watched Coro!! Gosh I certainly am learning new things tonight smiley - winkeye

Lol!

That's another thing that was wrong then - us lowly volunteers couldn't get the dress uniform, it was only those volunteers who had managed to get that sort of job that could wear the suits, so there's no way that could have actually happened.
