Thanks for this excellent entry. I watched Marc Vivien Foe play in most of Manchester City's home games last year, and his commitment was never less than total. I was devastated when I learnt of his tragic death. He is certainly fondly remembered by all the City fans I know.

The mood in the Virtual Supporters Club (A243677) was unusually muted at the time, and we pieced together this tribute from the thread there.
Even now, remembering the incident is a saddening experience.
