I think your article is fantastic
One thing you haven't mentioned, unless I've missed it, is that one may be tootling along the motorway at 70 m.p.h. quite happily and some extremely dangerous person may undertake on the inside lane, I think this could possibly be one of the major causes of avoidable accidents. I think more should be done to stop them.
