Cone theory

Traffic cones are known to "cone off" an area if 3 or more traffic cones are used to create an area that should not be entered however what occurs when there is but a single cone placed on the ground? Many human philosophers have argued that it is simply the area underneath that "coned off" however at great expense the philosophers of conopher 8 have proved mathematically that if a single cone is placed on the ground that the area outside the cone is "coned off"......if this is the case then what occurs when somone places a single cone on the ground? then the entire universe not under the cone is technically in an area it shouldnt be!
Another interesting part to the Cone theory is what happens if a line of cones is placed upon the equator of a planet? This is still being researched and we expect an answer anytime in the next millenium
