Just for fun would anyone care to place a wager on the outcome of the race?

Rules
1 > No bets can be placed after the race has stated - 6:24 PM US Eastern Time.
2> you can place as many virtual $2.00 bets as you wish, Any wagering of real money is strictly prohibited, and is contrary to the House Rules.
3> If you spend more money on bets than you win - you are still a loser
4> If you wish to place additional bets, you may until the race starts, you may not cancel previous bets

I always get the 'M' months mixed up - corrected and yes the race is this evening

As I said I will not commit to a horse until I have seen them in the paddock.

At he moment I am considering either 'Lines of Battle' or 'Verrazano'

I never bet on the lowest odds, even if they win they do not pay well.

I will place both a 'win' 1st place and a 'show' 3rd place wager so if he should not win I may at least cover my wager.
