Join the Q: Mountain Home Déjà vu

I was fascinated to see the Appalachian Mountain Home from the 1930s that Dmitri found for the Post as I had sort of seen it before - it is the kind of 'happy little cabin' that Bob Ross was fond of drawing in his Joy of Painting TV series.

I decided to take on the challenge of painting the scene myself, without the aid of Bob's softly spoken instructions. It took me a while, but I was eventually quite pleased with the result!
